Faith Technologies is seeking an Automation Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams from scope to project closure, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and company best practices.

The role emphasizes proposal support, architecture of primary solution strategy, and diligent management of budget, schedule, and resources to achieve project profitability. Nationwide travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required.
• Eight years' experience in the design of automation/building/power energy control systems.
• Three years' experience managing industrial, building, or power/energy automation projects including budget, scope, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supports the proposal process as the Application Engineer under department leadership.
• Architects and finalizes the primary solution strategy.
• Manages project scope, budget, and schedule to meet targets.
• Leads technical management of the solution and develops detailed requirements.
• Develops the solution diagrams, Theory of Operation, and Verification Test Plan.
• Ensures quality and client satisfaction, and manages changes and risks.
