We are looking for a smart, driven individual to join our Strategy & Operations team and help scale AI-enabled business process automation across Allstate Protection Plans. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business judgment with hands‑on technical problem solving and is excited to tackle complex operational challenges such as automating manual workflows, reducing errors and compliance gaps, and improving claim and service outcomes.
You will work at the intersection of operations, data, and technology, partnering closely with business teams, platform partners, and technical counterparts to translate operational needs into practical automation solutions.
In this high‑visibility role, you will independently manage complex workstreams end‑to‑end (from process discovery and solution design through testing, deployment support, and iteration), contributing to scalable automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and control. You will operate with autonomy, applying strong judgment to solve ambiguous problems while aligning with broader team objectives and seeking guidance on high‑risk or novel challenges.
This role is a remote opportunity.
SquareTrade/Allstate estimates the possible base compensation for this role, to be in the range : $80K - 110K.
