Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Experience assembling automation equipment preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and test equipment.
• Ability to follow directions and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Wire and assemble COMS boxes, control panels, and related automation equipment.
• Build and test rental equipment before deployment.
• Fabricate and assemble solar panel mounting frames and other mechanical assemblies.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues on automation equipment.
• Build and prepare equipment for customer orders per drawings and specifications.
• Perform routine shop maintenance, including cleaning, organizing work areas, and maintaining tools and equipment.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Complete daily shop tasks as assigned to support production schedules and customer deadlines.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
