Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an Automation Shop Tech in our Triadelphia, WV location. You will handle hands-on maintenance, testing, and wiring of automation cabinets and instrumentation, while keeping meticulous CMMS records and asset tracking.

A strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, component repair, asset tracking, and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Experience with electronics, instrumentation, and industrial control components.
• Experience with CMMS or inventory-tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Oil & gas and/or water transfer system experience.
• Understanding of SCADA and PLC systems.
• Experience reading wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience building, repairing, or retrofitting electrical/control cabinets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports documenting work performed on automation assets

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Description

The Automation Shop Tech is responsible for hands-on work in the shop, including inventory control, preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and assisting in building and testing automation systems. The Automation Shop Technician will also maintain detailed asset tracking and parts management using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

This role is based out of our Triadelphia, WV Shop location.
