Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Moundsville, WV seeks an Automation Shop Technician to perform hands-on work in the shop, repair and retrofit control cabinets and instrumentation, and assist in building and testing automation systems. You will track assets and parts using CMMS and contribute to detailed asset management.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, experience with SCADA/PLC systems, and the ability to work in a team environment under varying weather conditions.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong work ethic and hands-on mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Experience with electronics, instrumentation, and industrial control components.
• Prior experience with CMMS or inventory tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Oil & gas and/or water transfer system experience.
• Understanding of SCADA and PLC systems.
• Experience reading wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience building, repairing, or retrofitting electrical/control cabinets.
• Knowledge of valve and actuator systems.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory control of the Automation Shop.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and retrofitting of control cabinets, valves, flowmeters, and electrical automation components.
• Conduct pre- and post-job functional testing and system validation of automation equipment.
• Track assets, work orders, and inventory in CMMS and inventory systems.
• Receive, log, and distribute parts from daily shipments and technician requisitions.
• Prepare reports documenting work performed on automation assets.
• Assist in the build and wiring of electrical/control cabinets and instrumentation systems.
• Support record-keeping, documentation, and quality control practices.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
