Job summary

A clinical contract research organization is seeking a full-time Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) in Cincinnati. In this role, you will be responsible for automating test cases, maintaining test automation code, and ensuring high quality of software solutions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT and has experience in automation testing with knowledge of tools like Selenium and Cypress. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in automation testing and/or software development.
• Experience with black-box testing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create new and maintain existing test automation code.
• Promote best practices in code health, testability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with development and validation teams for automation.
• Implement and run automation regression suites.
• Identify, document, and track bugs.
