Now Hiring : Robotics & Automation Systems Operator

Full-Time | Multiple Shifts | Flexibility Required (including weekends)

Are you experienced in robotics, automated systems, and digital control software? We’re looking for a Digital Automation Systems Operator to join our team and help operate and support next-gen automation systems at our client sites.

This role is hands-on and highly technical—ideal for professionals with a background in robotics, mechatronics, or electrical systems, and strong familiarity with Linux, SQL, and automated software controls.

What You’ll Do :

• Operate and troubleshoot robotic and automation systems
• Support automated workstations, mechanical structures, and software-driven machines
• Use tools like Linux (command line), SQL, and Java / XML to maintain system functionality
• Analyze system data and resolve performance issues in real-time
• Follow standard operating procedures and provide direct support to our client and vendor partners
• Contribute to process improvements, system uptime, and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For :

• Must have experience in robotics, automation, or control systems
• Hands-on skills with Linux environments and SQL
• Comfortable with PLC systems, electro-mechanical troubleshooting, and reading schematics
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a warehouse environment
• Willingness to work any assigned shift, including weekends and overtime if needed

Preferred Background :

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Robotics, Mechatronics, or Electrical fields
• Experience with industrial automation, 3D printing systems, or HMI / SCADA tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
