Job summary

Accenture Flex in New Jersey is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design and maintain automation frameworks for web applications. You will develop test scripts with Selenium (Java/Python), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive functional, regression, and integration testing.

Onsite with clients 3 days/week in Jersey City or Pennington, NJ, plus a quarterly away mandate. The role requires 7+ years in QA/automation, Associate’s degree or higher, and strong skills in

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of QA and test automation experience.
• Associates Degree or greater.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web-based applications.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java/Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and derive test scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using automation tools.
• Manage test cases, defects, and execution tracking in JIRA and Octane.
• Design and optimize SQL queries for backend/data validation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Ensure quality standards, reporting, and continuous improvement of automation processes.
• This role requires being onsite with the client 3 days per week in Jersey City or Pennington, NJ. This role also requires 5 days away mandate per quarter by the client.
