Job summary

Crisis Prevention Institute is seeking an automation-focused software engineer to join an agile team. You will design, build, and maintain automated tests and integration solutions to validate software builds within CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with Development, QA, and DevOps, ensuring quality through automated acceptance tests, performance tests, and load tests across modern web technologies and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two years or more of work experience in technology.
• Experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience across requirements, design, construction, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated software solutions to validate usability, maintainability, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Take ownership of assigned work and maintain health of solutions.
• Create and maintain automated integration, performance, and load tests.
• Code, test, and debug programs per technical and functional requirements.
• Provide effort estimates and identify dependencies.
