Job summary

MW Partner is seeking a software test automation professional in San Jose, CA to drive end-to-end automation across desktop, web, and cloud-based applications. You will design and maintain automation frameworks, contribute to test strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product releases.

The role requires 2-4 years of experience, strong programming skills (Python/JS/Java/C++), and hands-on experience with test automation tools, SDLC, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in software test automation, quality engineering, or software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or similar languages.
• Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, tools, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate test development and debugging.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong debugging, root cause analysis, and defect-tracking skills.
• Familiarity with performance, scalability, reliability, and end-to-end testing.
