The End User Services solutions management department has an immediate opening for a remote Automation / Prompt Architect, reporting to the Assistant Vice President.

Are you passionate about transforming the digital workplace and enhancing end-user computing experiences through automation? Do you stay updated with the latest in automation and prompt engineering?

We seek an expert to help architect, design, and implement automation solutions that advance our Digital Workplace environment. You will integrate various solutions to provide meaningful automation, freeing staff for more engaging work, and will mentor others by creating and expanding Prompt libraries.

What You Will Do :

  1. Design and establish architectural standards for automation systems within the Digital Workplace environment.
  2. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration aligning with architectural standards.
  3. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement, modeling this behavior for product teams.
  4. Align automation strategies and tools with business goals.
  5. Develop standards for prompts and guided language to generate desired responses from LLMs, ensuring clarity, ethics, and effectiveness.
  6. Guide the creation of Prompt Libraries and tools to enhance proficiency in interacting with LLMs.
  7. Ensure automation solutions incorporate security measures and adopt zero trust principles to safeguard systems and data.
  8. Identify and resolve technical and non-technical challenges in automation solutions.
  9. Mentor engineers and staff in automation use and promote automation initiatives across the Digital Workplace.
  10. Work independently and lead technical teams, following established methodologies and policies, making data-driven decisions when appropriate.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 6 years of experience developing automation solutions and integrations with End User computing tools.
  3. Three or more years working within agile methodologies, including a solid understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework.
  4. Experience with Natural Language Processing and crafting prompts for LLMs.
  5. Experience with automation leveraging ServiceNow, Intune, MSGraph, Defender for Endpoint, SCCM, Azure, AWS, VMWare.
  6. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, creativity, and communication skills for diverse audiences.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Deep knowledge of current LLM offerings from AWS, Google, OpenAI, and Microsoft.
  9. Understanding of AI/ML algorithms and model development.
  10. Experience applying risk management principles.
  11. Proficiency in coding and scripting languages such as C#, C++, Python, PowerShell, PHP, Perl.
