Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 3 years of project engineering experience
- Preferred: hydraulic design knowledge
- Preferred: high-speed manufacturing and robotics
- Proficient with AutoCAD software
- Proficient in Rockwell Automation programs
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee plant projects that support safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
- Oversee the plant's automation program and design, plan, coordinate, and schedule projects.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to increase automation efficiency and uptime.
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, contractors, and external vendors.
- Create and maintain documentation for equipment, programs, and procedures.
