Job summary

SAR Automation LP in the United States is seeking a Production Manager to lead a team of technicians during the assembly, installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of industrial automation systems. You will coordinate daily production and project activities and support hands-on electrical, mechanical, and automation tasks to meet schedules and quality standards.

Travel 25-35% to multiple sites; requires a Bachelor in Mechatronics or equivalent, 6+ years in robotics/automation, and

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Mechatronics or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 years’ related experience in robotics or automation.
Experience with robot brands: KUKA/Staubli/ABB/Fanuc.
Experience with Siemens/Allen-Bradley controls.
SolidWorks, ERP, Teamcenter, MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the assembly and installation of automation and robotic systems.
Verify power, communication, and software installation; ensure safety validation.
Oversee FAT/SAT and site commissioning; ensure sign-off with the customer.
Coordinate daily production and project activities; meet schedules and quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and ensure quality outputs across projects.
Communicate with project managers, designers, and customers.
