Job summary

Robin Industries Inc. is seeking an Engineering professional to maintain and improve equipment, automation, and processes at the Fredericksburg, OH facility. You will plan and coordinate tooling design, automate equipment and develop new processes to meet goals within time and funding constraints.

The role requires experience with industrial automation, CAD modeling, and project management, with emphasis on safety and quality; collaboration with Quality, Engineering and Production is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred.
• Rubber molding, adhesive coating, mold tooling and automation experience is preferred.
• CAD modeling, cost estimating, equipment/tooling knowledge and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing equipment, automation and vision systems to support production needs.
• Understand and make automation software adjustments and program changes (Fanuc, Epson, Keyence).
• Lead or participate in projects to improve production capabilities and process efficiency.
• Support APQP process on new product launches.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and data processing systems.
