Responsibilities

• Lead AVEVA implementation across automation systems.
• Develop, maintain PLC-based data collection and integration.
• Configure and validate AVEVA, Historian, Insight systems.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate automation performance data.
• Design automation data structures, tags, downtime tracking, KPI reporting.
• Support commissioning, SAT, go-live, lifecycle management.
• Drive improvements using performance and reliability data.
• Develop dashboards for throughput, downtime, MTTR, MTBF, OEE metrics.
• Support AVEVA verification and ensure compliance in regulated labs.
