Job summary

Lineage is seeking a proactive warehouse operations professional for a hands-on role in our new automated facility. You will be on the floor, coordinating with Operations and Technical teams to keep products moving and systems performing at peak levels.

You will monitor throughput, troubleshoot equipment and processes, and identify bottlenecks while adhering to safety standards. This role offers growth opportunities as Lineage expands its automated capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in an automated warehouse or similar environment.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment and process issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork with cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan and virtually monitor warehouse processes to help ensure products are completed on time.
• Monitor product flow and system performance to support throughput.
• Monitor system downtime and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Identify and address bottlenecks to maximize facility capacity.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system issues with appropriate teams.
• Participate in root cause analysis for complex control system and operational issues.
• Use warehouse control systems, data, and technology to identify issues and support solutions.
• Partner with Operations and Technical teams to develop best practices for automated warehouse operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and partners to move issues toward resolution.
• Follow all Lineage safety standards, policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Help keep our automated warehouse running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. What Makes You a Great Fit

• At least 1 year of experience in an automated warehouse or similar environment.
• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with automated systems, warehouse technology, and operational data.
• Advanced computer skills
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and help resolve equipment and process issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, prioritize competing responsibilities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
