Job summary

CRB is seeking a talented and motivated Control System Developer to join our growing team. You will design, program, and implement automated control systems for industrial applications, collaborating with Project Managers and senior developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

This role can be based at any CRB office across the U.S., with a preference for candidates located in or near Kansas City, Omaha, or St. Louis.

Qualifications

• Design, program, and implement automated control systems for a variety of industrial applications.
• Configure, install, and troubleshoot PC/PLC hardware, software, and customer networks.
• Support system installation and commissioning at client sites.
• Provide in-house and on-site training for customer operators.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
• Deliver occasional after-hours support as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, partners, and clients in a team-oriented environment.
• Travel up to 35% for system installations and plant start-ups, including potential overnight shifts.
• Maintain a regular in-office presence.
