Wilsonart in Taylor, Texas, seeks an Automation Packer to clean, paint, inspect, and package fabricated parts on the automation line. You will pack components, label crates, and maintain accurate documentation while meeting safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months of experience preferred.
• Stand for long periods and lift 40–50 lbs as part of daily duties.
• Ability to learn automation software and use basic computer functions.
• Careful with measurements and quality checks on parts.

Responsibilities

• Pack and label piece parts per ticket requirements.
• Select packing materials and ensure correct pack sequence.
• Perform final dimensional and visual inspections before packing.
• Maintain output targets and follow safety/quality standards.
• Keep work area clean and assist with other duties as needed.
