Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) in Georgia is seeking a Material Handler Automation 1 to replenish product on semi-automated conveyors and correct system errors within the plant. You will manually build new orders or tear down orders returned to HQs zones, maintaining production rate and a safe, clean work environment.

Day-to-day tasks include placing correct products in pick lanes, resolving alarms, coordinating replenishment with responsible parties, and using PIT equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must wear PPE and follow safety policies.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Understand and communicate in English.
• Ability to work with company resources and technology.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Able to climb stairs up to 24 ft.

Responsibilities

• Place correct product on conveyor in semi-automated lanes as releases are relieved from system.
• Resolve alarms in pick areas and communicate opportunities via handheld radio.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, pallets, or bins according to product code.
• Coordinate replenishment needs with responsible parties.
• Replenishment of pallet pick and flow rack zones.
• Manually build new orders and sort/replenish returns in HQS zones.
• Utilize PIT equipment as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
