Quest Diagnostics is seeking an Automation Operator Representative in Wood Dale, IL for a Tuesday–Saturday shift from 12:30 AM to 9:00 AM. This role operates front-end automation instruments (sorters and aliquoters) and supports specimen flow within the Technical Operations department.
You will coordinate with vendors, collaborate with Specimen Management, Technical and Biomedical Engineering, and ensure thorough documentation and compliance training.
Pay range: $22.25 - $33.37 / hour; employee may be eligible to receive shift differential of 10% for some or all hours worked on second shift and 15% for some or all hours worked on third shift. Additional details on shift differential will be provided if an offer is extended.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
