Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems is hiring Stationary Mount Automation Operators for first, second, and third shifts in area 3. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with application through staffing agencies after the initial assignment period.

You will load/unload parts, inspect for defects, trim, and assemble light components, while maintaining labels and safe procedures. Responsibilities include operating automation equipment, monitoring hourly production, and maintaining a clean, organized work

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and record production data accurately.
• Flexible to work weekends and overtime.
• Safe operation around machinery in a moderate-noise environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload part bins, including tabs, rollers, and frames.
• Remove finished parts from machines or conveyors.
• Inspect parts for defects such as discoloration, cracks, or warping.
• Trim excess plastic and complete light assembly work.
• Package finished parts and apply labels.
• Ensure boxes match master labels and are properly aligned with sensors.
• Record scrap and update IQMS defect tally sheets.
• Meet hourly and shift production targets.
• Learn PLC controls and set up vibrating bowls for production.
