Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing automation or controls.
• Expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Robotics programming and integration with sensors, welding, or vision.
• Electro-mechanical troubleshooting with ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with MES, SCADA, historian platforms, data collection systems, and OEE analytics.
• Knowledge of machine safety, risk assessments, guarding, and LOTO requirements.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Root-cause analysis using 5-Why, Ishikawa, FMEA; exposure to predictive maintenance/AI in manufacturing.

• Lead development and improvement of automated manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, product engineering, quality, and production teams.
