NALHE is offering a 2026 Summer Intern position at their Kaiser Permanente office in Pleasanton, CA. Interns will support the Content Management team and work primarily on test automation projects using Java and Node.js.
This position provides a unique opportunity to develop skills in both automation and collaborative teamwork in a flexible working environment. The internship is designed for students majoring in Computer Science who are eager to contribute and learn in a dynamic setting.
2026 Summer Intern
This internship role is scheduled to be flexible. Please be prepared to spend part of your time working remotely and part of your time working from the following location: Kaiser Permanente Information Technology Office, 4460 Hacienda Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94588.
Platform Automation Intern for CMS and Content Services will support the Content Management team, primarily using AEM, AKS Kubernetes, and Azure and CosmosDB and Selenium.
Deliver required 90% Test Case Automation for KP.ORG CMS and Content Services to reduce time dealing with production issues. Intern will work with the lead, come up to speed, cover test automation, capture any issues before production release to meet requirement up to 90%.
Outcome: Release faster and with confidence with improvement of test automation to 90%.
Computer Science
Java 11 or above, Node 18 and above.
