Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician in Acton, MA to support highly automated medical device production. You will operate and repair equipment across multiple technologies, perform routine maintenance, and ensure GMP standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong problem solving, with English proficiency and basic math skills for documentation and quality checks.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma/GED or 3+ years of on-the-job manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in English for reading, writing and communication.
• Basic math/arithmetic skills for documentation and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment setup, operation, repair, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Maintain machine feeds and clear stoppages to meet safety, quality and efficiency standards.
• Use HMIs to monitor process control and correct shifts as needed.
• Ensure on-time delivery by running jobs per schedule and inspecting quality.
• Troubleshoot mechanical errors, safety issues or process inefficiencies.
• Support new product design transfer and process validations as required.
• Maintain a clean GMP work environment and proper documentation.
