Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a large logistics and distribution facility in York, PA. You will join the Engineering and Technical Services group and support the automation maintenance team, focusing on preventive maintenance and repairs for automation equipment.

Ideal candidates are safety‑minded, mechanically inclined, and capable of clear communication while working under supervision. A high school diploma or GED is required; trade school credentials are considered.

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance skills with a mechanical mindset.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, including lock out/tag out.
• Willingness to learn while working on automation systems.
• Clear, concise communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automation machines in a 1.2 million sq. ft. facility.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs under supervision.
• Inspect, diagnose problems, and complete repairs per procedures.
• Review work orders and coordinate completion.
• Support energy management and safe building operations.
