Job summary

DreamFields is seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain automated machinery and production systems to ensure quality and safety standards are met. You will collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to improve equipment reliability and support continuous production.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial/manufacturing environments with hands-on automation experience, strong calibration and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Vocational/Trade training or an Associate's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing with hands-on automation and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect automated machinery, equipment, and systems to identify issues and ensure functionality.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Prioritize and self-schedule maintenance around production activities.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in development and implementation of preventative maintenance procedures.
• Maintain inventory records for equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to cGMP and safety standards.
