JBS USA Grand Island Beef Plant seeks an Alvey Maintenance Technician Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, oversee automation and scale-related systems, and ensure reliable operation of conveyors and control systems.

The role focuses on hands-on support, continuous improvement, safety compliance, and coordination with production leadership to minimize downtime. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Five years of related industrial maintenance or automation experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and control-system troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with automated conveyors, scales, and industrial equipment.
• Willingness to travel; plant environment experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and lead the Alvey Maintenance Technician Department.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Alvey equipment and control systems.
• Support production by ensuring uptime and reliability.
• Document procedures and site SOPs.
• Coordinate maintenance projects and system upgrades.
• Provide on‑call support for outages.
