Job summary

Da/Pro Rubber, Inc. is seeking an Automated Inspection Machine Operator to support high‑volume rubber part production. You will run the inspection equipment to ensure parts meet customer specs and quality standards, across 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and accurate recordkeeping, with opportunities to work overtime as needed and to contribute to continuous improvement in a busy manufacturing environment in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

• Ability to read and understand English and basic math skills.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up operation for automated inspection machines.
• Perform all work safely, following all safety procedures.
• Thorough understanding of machine function and operations.
• Perform machine recovery using trouble shooting guide.
• Perform any in-process operations such as fill machine and stop to troubleshoot when alarm rings.
• Visually inspect manufactured parts for conformance to specifications.
• Ability to communicate clearly to supervisor or technician any issue with operation of the machines.
• Periodic cleaning and visual inspection of the machines condition per procedures.
• General housekeeping in and around machine areas.
• Accurate record keeping of daily activities.
• Read and understand specific work instructions related to production activities.
• General understanding of customer requirements and drawings.

Job description

JOB SUMMARY

The role of the operator is to run the Automated Inspection Machine for high volume production at the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for inspecting and sorting rubber parts to ensure compliance with customer specifications. 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts available.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Set up operation for automated inspection machines.
