Alliance Automation, LLC is seeking a Machine Builder Level 2 to assemble, integrate, and test automated equipment. You will collaborate with engineers, electricians, and builders to ensure accurate, efficient construction of complex machines.

Requirements include 2+ years in machine building, ability to read drawings, and willingness to travel within the United States. The role emphasizes safety, precision, and documentation of assembly processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in machine building or mechanical assembly.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training is a plus.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Independently assemble more complex machinery and systems, including electrical and hydraulic components.
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure components are assembled to exact specifications.
• Identify and address any issues that arise during the assembly process.
• Perform thorough inspections of assembled machines to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Keep precise records of the assembly processes and any modifications that are made.
• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specs.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines while handling tools and equipment.
• Work closely with senior builders and engineers to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; store tools and parts properly.
• Align, fit, and adjust parts to ensure smooth operation and proper tolerances.
• Assist in installing pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems within machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and minor electrical issues during assembly.
• Participate in testing and debugging of automation systems to meet quality standards.
