Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a production line operator to support automation lines across its packaging divisions. The role focuses on maintaining production and sanitation, organizing work areas, and preparing cases for processing on both machine and manual lines.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and warehouse experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to interpret written and verbal instructions and work with plant management to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining production and sanitation for the machines.
• Ensure work areas are clean and organized.
• Open cases or cartons and position them for processing either for a machine or manual build.
• Load cases/cartons onto a pallet in a specific order per item specification.
• Build displays per pre-set designs.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
