Job summary

Felss Rotaform, a leader in automated forming and metal stamping, is seeking a dedicated machine operator to support a fast-paced production line. You will run automated transfer lines, maintain clean line-side organization, and quickly spot minor faults to prevent downtime.

Ideal candidates bring basic mechanical aptitude and proven reliability, with comfort in a demanding environment and the ability to multitask while following safe procedures.

Qualifications

• Show-up-when-it-counts reliability and on-time habits.
• Basic mechanical aptitude—tools and machines make sense to you.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, physical manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience as a machine operator or in manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated transfer line equipment and keep it producing efficiently.
• Spot and clear minor faults and interruptions before they become big issues.
• Own material organization and line-side orderliness.
• Work safely and follow documented production procedures.
• Support overtime as needed to meet customer demand.
