Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in automation testing covering UI, API, and backend validation.
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks with Playwright/JS/TS and Selenium.
• CI/CD integration and test automation in Jenkins or similar pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing.
• Build UI automation using Playwright following best practices (POM) and reusable utilities.
• Create automated test suites for functional, integration, and regression testing with data-driven approaches.
• Perform REST API automation including schema validation and positive/negative scenarios.
• Conduct backend data validation using SQL to verify data accuracy and end-to-end workflows.
• Analyze test failures, debug issues, and collaborate with development teams.
• Maintain test documentation, reports, and dashboards for coverage and health.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure test readiness for sprint releases.
