The role leads reliability efforts on advanced automated manufacturing equipment, mentors a skilled technical crew, and operates on a 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3) with every other weekend off, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.

Qualificações

• Sustain site manufacturing processes and lead shift maintenance team in PM and return-to-standard activities.
• Serve as escalation path for maintenance personnel within the shift.
• Conduct small-scale process improvement projects supporting site initiatives.
