Job summary

Insight Global in Dayton, OH seeks a Manufacturing/Engineering professional to develop and execute manufacturing processes at General Assembly. You will design automation, equipment, tooling, integrate them into the plant, and lead installation to steady-state operations.

Role requires deep automation cells knowledge, manufacturing process expertise, and familiarity with global launch and vehicle development processes. A mechanical engineering degree and relevant industry experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Five years manufacturing/engineering experience.
• Two years launch experience in automotive industry or fast-paced manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge in automation cells.
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment; global launch and vehicle development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Execute manufacturing processes at General Assembly.
• Design automation, equipment/tooling, integration of equipment, and installation into the plant.
