Job summary

JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to diagnose, repair, and maintain robotic automation systems for customers both remotely and on-site. You will travel up to 80% domestically and internationally, installing hardware, training staff, and ensuring high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong electrical/mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in field service or automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical issues.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and robotics systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair robotic automation, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Install, test, and commission equipment at client sites.
• Provide remote and on-site support with detailed case documentation.
