Join our team as an Automation Expedition Engineer at ProAutomated.

Position Overview: We are seeking passionate individuals for the role of Automation Expedition Engineer, involving extensive travel, hands-on troubleshooting, and collaboration with a dynamic team.

Key Benefits:

  • Salary & Perks: Competitive starting salary of $60,000 - $75,000, plus meals per diem, mileage reimbursement, and travel reward points.
  • Growth Opportunities: Paid training, performance-based pay increases, and a 5% salary increase after six months.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to diverse locations for hands-on projects, including programming and troubleshooting automation equipment.
  • Ensure accurate system installation, calibration, and customer training.
  • Manage varying schedules, including 5-2, 10-4, and 14-7 shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for travel with flexibility to adapt to project changes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Residence within 50 miles of a major airport; own a personal vehicle within 45 days of employment.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Preferred: PLC or programming experience, technical background, or a 4-year degree; candidates without this may be considered for Technician roles.
