Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an Equipment and Automation Engineer II in Madison, WI to support manufacturing with new and existing equipment. You will design in Solidworks, create assemblies and BOMs, and drive improvement projects within FDA/ISO/CAP/CLIA frameworks.

The role involves cross-functional work, troubleshooting, and implementing process changes while maintaining documentation and quality standards. Strong communication and hands-on engineering skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience; or an Associate's with 4+ years of experience.
• Solidworks design, drawing creation and BOM management experience.
• Ability to drive projects to successful completion.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create Solidworks designs and drawings for new and existing products.
• Create assembly files with complete BOMs and GD&T drawings.
• Support PLM Vault system and product lifecycle management requirements.
• Develop assembly procedures for new or modified designs and work with vendors for prototypes.
