Job summary

Pieper Automation seeks an Automation Engineering Intern to assist engineers on control systems, robotics, and machine automation. You will gain hands-on exposure, participate in project tasks, and learn engineering workflows through structured mentorship.

Qualifications

High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
Currently pursuing and completion of at least one year in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree program in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Automated Manufacturing, Electromechanical Design, or a related field.
Previous relevant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Shadow Automation Engineers to gain insight into processes and project execution.
Assist with design and testing of automation systems and panels.
Participate in safety training and jobsite visits.
Rotate through functional groups to gain broad exposure.
