The role emphasizes collaboration across Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Engineering teams, enabling project execution and root cause analysis while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Junior, Senior, or recent graduate standing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Support automation, controls, and process improvement projects across the Bay Minette facility.
• Assist with troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, control systems, and related manufacturing technologies.
• Analyze production and process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Engineering teams to support project execution.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Document project work and present findings or recommendations to the team.
• Promote a strong safety culture and comply with site safety and environmental standards.
