Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Process Control and Automation Engineering in GMP manufacturing.
• 3+ years of related leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, and onboard top talent to the Process Control Engineering team and build capability.
• Develop and implement the Process Control Engineering Business Plan and site SOPs.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet design decisions, commissioning strategies, and regulatory expectations.
• Ensure compliance and safety in all automation deliverables and operations.
