This full-time 40-hour-per-week rotation offers hands-on experience in manufacturing and engineering support roles, with opportunities to contribute to BOM development, subassembly kits, and process improvements. You will collaborate with design and engineering teams, prepare technical submittals, and engage with project and production managers to ensure successful execution across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, technical, or business disciplines.
• Commitment to full-time (40 hours) summer/fall co-op in St. Louis, MO (June 2027–December 2027).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support project technical analysis and manufacturing activities to ensure efficient project execution.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to address constructability, manufacturability, and assembly of designs and drawings.
• Assist with project execution activities, including preparing technical submittals and responding to customer technical inquiries.
• Develop Bills of Material (BOMs) within the MRP system based on engineering drawings, estimates, and customer documentation.
• Support the creation and maintenance of kits and subassemblies for standard product lines.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Provide support to project managers and production managers in executing manufacturing and project-related activities.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support communication among engineering, manufacturing, and project teams.
• Contribute to cross-functional problem solving and process improvement efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
