Job summary

Emerson is seeking an iCenter Co-Op in St. Louis, MO for a June–December 2027 rotation. This full-time 40-hour position offers exposure to project technical analysis, BOM development, and cross-functional collaboration within Process Systems and Solutions.

You will work with engineering and design teams, assist with submittals and inquiries, and support manufacturing activities while developing documentation and continuous improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a BS/MS in engineering, technical, or business.
• Commitment to full-time Summer/Fall Co-op in St. Louis, MO (June 2027–December 2027).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Support project technical analysis and manufacturing activities for efficient project execution.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams on constructability, manufacturability, and assembly of designs.
• Assist with project execution: technical submittals and responding to customer inquiries.
• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the MRP system from drawings and documentation.
• Support creation and maintenance of kits and subassemblies for standard product lines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for process efficiency, quality, and operations.
• Provide support to project and production managers on project manufacturing activities.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and cross-functional communication.
• Participate in cross-functional problem solving and process improvement across project lifecycle.
