Job summary

US Anesthesia Partners is seeking a Process Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath and QuickBase across cloud and on-prem environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges while adhering to enterprise standards.

The role requires strong UiPath architecture knowledge, SDLC experience, and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years designing and implementing complex UiPath workflows with error handling.
• Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, or other systems.
• 3+ years Windows environment knowledge (Windows 10/11, Office 365, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git repos.
• 2+ years translating business processes into automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Designs and documents process automations within a well-architected framework.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to translate processes into technical solutions.
• Creates and maintains automation architecture docs, runbooks, and diagrams.
• Manages automation environment, robots, and platform technologies.
• Participates in full SDLC and conducts code reviews for governance.
• Aligns automation work with enterprise architecture governance and standards.
• Keeps up with technology trends to keep automation secure and competitive.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
