Job summary

The candidate will work with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate to deliver compliant, scalable automation across cross-functional teams, ensuring performance, governance, and documentation standards while supporting platform upgrades and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• At least two years of experience in automation, controls engineering, or industrial systems support.
• Hands-on experience UiPath, Power Automate or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience supporting automation in distribution environments.
• Strong data analysis and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain automation and control systems used to monitor and optimize operational processes.
• Develop technical designs, process flow diagrams, and system documentation supporting automation initiatives.
• Configure, test, and support automation workflows and integrations to ensure stable performance across UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate.
• Analyze system output, performance data, and quality indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of automation and instrumentation issues across UiPath Orchestrator, Automation Anywhere Control Room, and Power Automate Admin Center.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to implement automation solutions aligned with process standards.
• Ensure automation systems comply with internal standards for performance, security, documentation, and change control.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and expansions of automation platforms to accommodate growth.
• Monitor performance using UiPath Insights, Automation Anywhere Analytics, and Power Automate monitoring tools.
• Participate in projects related to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
