Job summary

You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, tooling, and supply chain to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost across production lines.

The role requires hands‑on PLC/HMI programming, servo tuning, CAD/EPLAN experience, and strong problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering with automation focus or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on PLC/HMI programming and electrical panel troubleshooting.
• Experience reading electrical/mechanical drawings (schematics, GD&T) and using CAD/EPLAN/AutoCAD Electrical.

Responsibilities

• Own concept‑to‑ramp for automated assembly and test equipment.
• Architect PLC/HMI, motion, robotics, and vision systems for high‑volume manufacturing.
• Connect equipment to MES/SCADA for traceability, OEE, and real‑time analytics.
• Lead PFMEA, control plans, IQ/OQ/PQ, and ensure safety standards compliance.
• Troubleshoot downtime, drive kaizen, SMED, and 5S for throughput gains.
