Complete Filtration Resources, Inc. seeks an Automation Project Manager to coordinate automation duties on projects and keep schedules aligned with the team. The role supports the sales team for future opportunities and defines project scope to meet customer satisfaction.
Under the Automation Manager, you will work with customers, vendors, and contractors to optimize staffing, control the electrical/controls scope, and ensure on-time project delivery with high quality documentation and testing.
The Automation Project Manager will conduct/coordinate automation duties on assigned projects within the organization. Maintain project schedules and harmonize efforts with project team. Assist sales team on potential future projects. Determine project scope and specification to achieve customer satisfaction.

Automation Project Manager will maintain good personal relationships with fellow workers, vendors, manufacturers and the general public. They will be expected to participate in meetings, seminars and training as required.
Education and Training: To become an Automation Project Manager, you require a minimum of an associate's degree in Electrical/Automation/Instrumentation Engineering or in related fields with 5+ years job experience.
Communication Skill: Automation Project Manager must have excellent communication skills which they utilize when managing control portion of projects and consulting with customers.
Critical Thinking: They require good logic and reasoning skills to be able to identify weaknesses and strengths of alternative solutions or approaches to problems. Automation Project Manager must be able to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
Organizational Skill: Their work is often to instruct and direct contractors, thereby making them persons who need excellent organizational skill to perform their duties. They must also be able to identify the details in scope when managing the electrical/controls portion of a project.
