Qualifications
- BS or MS in Electrical, Chemical, or Computer Engineering.
- Expertise in requirements documentation, detailed design, implementation, system integration, and testing/start-up of automation systems.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work in team or solo settings.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Legally allowed to work in the US without restriction.
Responsibilities
- Document requirements, design, implement, test, and start up automation systems.
- Identify technologies for new applications and plan expansion and migration of existing architectures.
- Implement automation solutions daily and support project objectives and troubleshooting.
- Lead projects as process automation technical lead and assist with capital projects.
- Develop and prioritize process improvements and lay out equipment.
- Provide technical assistance and manufacturing support across plant operations.
- Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed.
