Qualifications

• 4-year degree or knowledge equivalent to a 4-year degree.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor automation engineers.
• Proficiency with CMMS and coordinating maintenance with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement focus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and optimize automation control systems for industrial processes and warehouse equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive continuous improvement projects for performance and cost savings.
• Mentor Apprentices to meet safety and technical standards.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and support teams to deliver projects.
• Communicate issues, timelines, and workarounds to leadership.
