Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing/Controls Engineering, or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation activities for manufacturing lines ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Manage automation systems design, specification, and commissioning.
• Develop and improve equipment used in the manufacturing process and upgrade obsolete control systems.
• Install new equipment across the plant as a hands-on engineer.
• Manage projects, timelines, budgets, and coordination with external automation vendors.
• Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Develop machine design control systems including servo motion and high-speed device integration.
• Maintain system reliability and security for all plant automation systems.
• Support automation data collection and reporting systems and network infrastructure.
