Qualifications

• Experience designing, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting industrial automation systems.
• Strong experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI systems.
• Proficiency with Studio 5000, RSLogix 5000/500, and FactoryTalk View Studio.
• Experience with Schneider Electric Control Expert and related PLC/HMI platforms.
• Ability to develop and troubleshoot Ladder Logic and Function Block programming.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting PLC control panels.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions using PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, and networks.
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI applications.
• Lead field startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide after-hours support as part of on-call rotation.
• Coordinate with engineers, electricians, and project teams.
• Maintain documentation and drawings with AutoCAD.
